Warranty Coverage: Products bearing the MUXA CHAIRS brand and purchased on or after 1st June 2019 are covered by a limited warranty for 1 year, depending on the specific details provided in the product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, muxachairs.co.in, and others. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery by the original purchaser and is applicable against any functionality defects. For renewed products, the warranty period is 6 months. Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1. Coverage and Resolution: 1.1 MUXA CHAIRS will strive to service the product under the warranty period, covering all moving and functionality parts. Repair or replacement decisions will be made at the discretion of MUXA CHAIRS based on the report submitted by our customer care representative.
1.2 Replacement of specific spare parts is subject to stock availability. If substitutes are unavailable, MUXA CHAIRS reserves the right to offer a suitable product at a discounted price.
1.3 Resolution to warranty claims may involve a service technician visit or sending replacement spare parts.
